We have achieved product-market fit and are ready to scale. The founder has paved the way, and now we need a resourceful powerhouse to take the reins of the sales process. This isn't about following a rigid playbook or waiting for marketing to hand you leads; it’s about the art of the sale—finding the pain, offering the "painkiller," and winning.
What You’ll Do
Close, Close, Close: Spend 80% of your time in active selling conversations with new prospects.
Navigate Ambiguity: We are a growing business. You won’t have a 50-page manual. You will iterate, learn, and help us build the sales process as you go.
Proactive Outreach: You will identify and engage customers who have a "propensity of more than zero to buy" and persuade them why our solution is their essential painkiller.
Solution Selling: Move beyond transactional sales to understand the conceptual needs of our customers.
Who You Are Resourceful: You don’t need swanky decks or pre-written proposals to succeed. You are an expert in relationships and conversation who finds a way to make things happen.
Proven Closer: You have a track record of hitting targets in a startup or high-growth environment. You can clearly articulate your sales process and your notable wins.
The "Lucky" Ones: You take 100% ownership of your success. You don't blame the market or the leads; you find the path to "yes."
Experience: You have spent at least 3 years in your previous roles, proving you can stick with a product and see the sales cycle through to maturity.
