Join our dynamic team as an Over the Road Commercial Driver’s License A Truck Driver and embark on exciting long-haul journeys across the country! In this vital role, you will operate tractor-trailers and various specialized trucks to deliver freight efficiently and safely. Your expertise in driving a variety of trucks—including manual transmission vehicles, Dry Van trailers—will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers the opportunity to develop your driving skills, explore diverse routes, and be an essential part of our logistics operations.
Duties
- Safely operate a range of commercial trucks including manual transmission tractor-trailers, Dry van trailers long-distance routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues.
- Follow designated routes efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Manage delivery schedules by planning optimal routes for timely pickups and deliveries across multiple locations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, route changes, or any incidents encountered on the road.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, freight documentation, inspection reports, and delivery receipts in compliance with federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A.
- Proven experience in truck driving 2+ years.
- No more than 2 violations in last 3 years.
- No accidents in last 5 years.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to commercial trucking and cargo handling.
- Excellent driving record with a commitment to safe driving practices on all routes.

- 3-4 weeks over the road, 1 week home time

Pay
0.70-0.80 cents/mile (all miles)
$50 per extra stop + Detention Pay
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $2,120.15 - $3,540.30 per week
