Overview
We're looking for a hands-on, Moving Team Leader to help us grow our moving service in the Austin. You’ll play a key role from day one — managing truck rentals, hiring and leading crews, and ensuring jobs run smoothly from quote to completion.
This is a field-first role with major growth potential. As we expand, your compensation grows — after completing a successful probation period you’ll also earn a generous performance bonuses!
Duties
- Manage and inspect rental trucks for daily job readiness
- Hire, train, and lead moving crews on-site
- Assist with in-person estimates for large moves
- Coordinate with our phone rep to ensure jobs are booked and staffed
- Lead the crew on job day: complete BOLs, upsell materials, maintain standards
- Track job details and report back via Slack
- Ensure 5-star customer experience and handle basic client issues
- Maintain basic equipment inventory (shrink, tape, mattress bags, etc.)
Ideal Candidate:
- MUST have prior experience as a crew leader or field supervisor at a moving company
- Clean driving record (CDL not required)
- No excuse attitude
- Willing to get, or already have, a DOT Medical Card (for Drivers)
- Physically capable of assisting with moves as needed
- Excellent communicator, both with clients and internal team
- Problem solver who can work independently and represent the brand
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay: $25-$27
- Paid daily
- Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday with weekend availability
- Must be available for morning dispatch and afternoon check-ins
