Overview
2W Construction LLC, a residential construction firm based in Duluth, MN is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team. The company works in all areas of residential construction, from repair/remodel work, to additions and new-construction.
Knowledge of the field and a minimum of one year experience is required.
We're looking for a self-motivated candidate with a willingness to learn additional skills.
Base pay will increase with time, experience, and development.
Applicants will be expected to:
- Have baseline knowledge/skills and take instruction regarding building techniques and standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively on the job site.
- Lift/transport tools and materials on site.
- Collaborate with team members on building and remodeling projects.
Applicants should have:
- A base knowledge and experience in building/trades.
- Reliable transportation.
- A willingness to work on both interior/exterior jobs, and in inclement weather
- Be okay working from ladders and scaffolding.
- Possess familiarity and with industry tools and equipment.
- Display problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to tasks.
- Take instruction well, and work effectively alongside co-workers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $27.50 per hour
