We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Seasonal Labor Coordinator to support workforce scheduling, attendance, timekeeping, and labor reporting at our Obetz, Ohio facility.
About the Role
The Seasonal Labor Coordinator provides administrative and workforce coordination support to the Operations team in a fast-paced production and distribution environment.
In this role, you will work closely with managers, supervisors, Human Resources, Finance, and associates to maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping records, coordinate employee schedules and labor assignments, and prepare daily workforce and productivity reports.
This is an onsite, seasonal position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Additional hours, overtime, or weekend availability may be required during peak business periods based on operational needs.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily associate attendance records and compare attendance logs with electronic timekeeping data to ensure accurate employee time records.
- Partner with Operations managers and supervisors to create weekly schedules and coordinate daily labor assignments based on staffing and production needs.
- Monitor attendance, call-offs, missed punches, and other timekeeping discrepancies and communicate workforce issues to Operations leadership.
- Manage and track employee vacation and time-off requests while maintaining accurate scheduling and workforce documentation.
- Prepare and distribute daily labor, productivity, attendance, and work differential reports for Operations, Finance, and other business partners.
- Support associates and supervisors with questions related to schedules, attendance, timekeeping procedures, and workforce management systems.
- Provide additional administrative or operational support, including assisting in production or distribution areas when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in workforce coordination, scheduling, timekeeping, payroll administration, Human Resources support, Operations administration, or a similar role preferred.
- Experience working in a production, fulfillment, warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or other fast-paced operational environment preferred.
- Experience with ADP Enterprise, eTime, or similar timekeeping and workforce management systems strongly preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, with the ability to accurately maintain spreadsheets, employee information, schedules, and reports.
- Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and consistently meet deadlines.
