Lead the future of work at HODGE. Drive enterprise AI strategy, governance, and adoption while empowering teams across the organization to unlock measurable business value through responsible artificial intelligence. This position is an onsite role based in our Enterprise office in Dubuque, Iowa.
Join us as an AI Enablement Strategist where you will be responsible for accelerating HODGE’s adoption of artificial intelligence and process automation as enterprise capabilities. The role serves as a central lead for discovery, prioritization, governance, and cultural adoption of AI across enterprise functions - Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, Operational Excellence, Marketing, and Training. The role staffs the AI Steering Committee, chairs the AI Champion Group, and partners across departments to coach leaders and teams on responsible AI usage, measure business impact, and build durable enterprise AI literacy. This role works with a high degree of visibility and cross-functional collaboration working directly with executive leadership and Directors across the enterprise.
