Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 annually + Performance Bonus + Company Vehicle

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking an experienced Restoration Mitigation Manager to lead our emergency mitigation division. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in building high-performing teams.
We are under new ownership and investing heavily in growing our business throughout Northwest Connecticut. We're looking for someone who wants more than just a job - we're looking for someone who wants to help build one of the premier restoration companies in the region.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all emergency mitigation operations
- Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage losses
- Schedule and supervise technicians and subcontractors
- Perform site inspections and develop mitigation plans
- Conduct moisture mapping and monitor drying progress
- Ensure all jobs meet IICRC standards and company quality expectations
- Communicate with homeowners, commercial clients, insurance adjusters, and project managers
- Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and daily notes
- Review equipment usage and oversee warehouse readiness
- Train, coach, and develop mitigation technicians
- Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation
- Help recruit and build the mitigation team as the company grows
Qualifications Required
- 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
- IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple emergency jobs simultaneously
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in field conditions
Preferred
- IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD)
- IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
- Experience with Xactimate
- Experience with DASH, MICA, Encircle, or other restoration software
- Experience working with insurance carriers and TPAs
