Dream Hope & Believe Therapy is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team. Position Details
- Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Therapy Clinic
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat children with a variety of communication, speech, language, feeding, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s unique needs.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, families, physicians, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Educate caregivers on home programs and strategies to support progress.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligible for licensure).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
