Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Crisis Services (Overnight)
A large nonprofit behavioral health organization in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join its overnight Crisis Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly developed, state-of-the-art behavioral health crisis center that will provide 24/7 psychiatric stabilization, urgent behavioral healthcare, and substance use treatment for individuals in crisis.
The PMHNP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients experiencing acute psychiatric and substance use crises while working alongside psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, peer support specialists, and social workers in a highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and coordinating appropriate levels of care. This role is ideal for providers who thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about helping patients stabilize and begin their recovery journey.

Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Ohio
- National certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Crisis, inpatient psychiatry, emergency psychiatry, or behavioral health experience preferred
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills
Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
