Summary:
Southern California Orthopedic Institute (SCOI), a world-renowned orthopedic medical and rehabilitation group, with multiple locations throughout California, has an immediate opening for a Physical Therapist position based out of our Westlake Village location.
We are in the process of expanding our rehabilitation departments to provide exemplary services to additional patients.
This position includes extensive benefits including high base pay, an uncapped bonus plan with $30K+ Annual Earning Potential, (bonus plan available after 1 year of employment), health benefits, 401k / retirement plan, PTO, overtime pay, continuing education budget including $1500 per year reimbursement and 2 con. ed . days, and a comprehensive training and mentorship program. The physical therapist must exhibit exceptional interpersonal skill, multitasking ability, and display a passion for orthopedic physical therapy. The physical therapist will be responsible for maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations and guidelines and California state licensure is a requirement. The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of pre and post operative orthopedic patients, including high school to professional level athletes, in state-of-the-art orthopedic facilities. Rehabilitation equipment across our clinics includes Alter G treadmill, DARI digital motion analysis, Biodex testing, Hydroworx aquatic therapy, functional training turf area and Kaiser resistance equipment.

Compensation Disclaimer:
In accordance with California pay transparency guidelines, the posted salary range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant industry experience in healthcare, leadership experience, education, and overall qualifications.
