Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with 3+ years of experience for a night shift position at a Critical Access Hospital in rural Vermont.

Details

Work in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Newport, Vermont
Night shift hours: 6p–6a, 3 shifts per week
Every other weekend required
12-week contract

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
Current certifications: RRT, ACLS, and BLS/BCLS
VT state license required if applicable

Additional Information

Attendance at department quarterly education sessions is required
The facility is located in a small, rural community on the Vermont–Canadian border in the Northeast Kingdom region
Personal transportation is strongly recommended due to limited public transit in the area
The surrounding area offers year-round outdoor recreation including hiking, skiing, fishing, and snowmobiling
