- Communicate professionally with clients and potential clients
- Use Attorney Backed Agents® approved language and marketing materials
- Educate clients on the benefits of attorney-backed real estate support
- Identify client questions or transaction issues that may need attorney involvement
- Stay in your real estate role while working within the Attorney Backed Agents® process
- Attend required training and onboarding sessions
- Follow team and platform standards for communication and client care
- Build your local business using a stronger client value proposition
- Represent the brand professionally in your market
- Help clients feel more confident through the buying or selling process Qualifications
- Must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker
- Professional, coachable, and committed to client service
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to follow systems and use approved processes
- Interest in building a business around trust, protection, and confidence
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate CRM and marketing technology
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Expected payout is 80k plus per year depending on average sales price.
