Overview
OT Breaks is looking for an Account Manager to help oversee and support multiple live streams within our sports card and collectibles live-commerce business. This position plays an important role in making sure our streams run smoothly, customers are taken care of, and communication between streamers, shipping, and management stays organized.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to handle multiple tasks at once. This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication, quick follow-through, and the ability to help maintain a professional customer experience across all live streams.
Duties
- Monitor and support multiple live streams during daily operations
- Help manage customer questions, concerns, and order-related issues
- Communicate with streamers, shipping staff, and management to resolve problems quickly
- Track buyer issues, stream concerns, and important follow-ups
- Assist with stream preparation and general operational support
- Help ensure each live stream is organized, professional, and running smoothly
- Support buyer retention by providing timely and professional communication
- Help identify recurring issues and communicate them to management
- Assist with platform-related communication or account support when needed
- Maintain a strong understanding of OT Breaks policies, procedures, and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized while supporting multiple live streams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-commerce environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through on assigned tasks
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work well with streamers, shipping staff, and management
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
- Experience with Whatnot, live selling, e-commerce, sports cards, Pokémon, or collectibles is preferred
- Prior experience in account management, customer support, operations, or sales is a plus
- Must be professional, dependable, and able to represent the OT Breaks brand positively
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
