Licensed Esthetician – Head Spa & Facial SpecialistAbout the Role
We are seeking a passionate, friendly, and licensed Esthetician to join our growing team at Q Head Spa. In this role, you will provide exceptional facial treatments and luxury head spa experiences that help our clients relax, restore scalp health, and improve overall skin wellness.
Previous head spa experience is not required. We provide comprehensive paid training in our signature Head Spa treatments, scalp analysis, and service protocols. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and is committed to delivering an outstanding client experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial treatments based on each client's skincare needs.
- Perform our signature Head Spa services after completing company training.
- Conduct skin and scalp consultations and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Educate clients on proper skincare and scalp care routines.
- Recommend professional skincare and hair care products.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room at all times.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and state board regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a relaxing and welcoming spa environment.
Qualifications
- Current Florida Esthetician License (required).
- Previous facial experience is preferred but not required.
- Head Spa experience is not required—we provide full training.
- Passion for skincare, wellness, and helping clients look and feel their best.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and follow company service standards.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules is a plus.
