This position focuses on exterior residential painting projects. Your responsibilities will include scraping and preparing wood siding, caulking, priming, and painting. Because this is exterior work, you'll spend your days working outdoors and using ladders on a regular basis.
At InTuition Painting & Design, we're looking for motivated people with a strong work ethic—no experience required. We'll teach you the trade. What we can't teach is attitude, reliability, and the desire to improve every day.
This is an entry-level position with a clear path for advancement. As your skills, leadership, and productivity grow, so do your opportunities. Many of our team members move into higher-paying incentive-based positions and leadership roles, including Project Manager.
