About the Role
GH Logistics is expanding our Flatbed Division and hiring CDL-A Solo Drivers out of San Antonio and Austin, Texas. You’ll run structured regional lanes across Central and South Texas, including Burnet, Brownsville, and surrounding areas.

Schedule & Lanes
- Regional routes between Central Texas (Austin / Burnet) and South Texas (Brownsville & nearby markets)
- Solo driver position — no team runs
- Typical 2–3 days out, with optional extended coverage up to a week
- Consistent, repeat lanes with established customers and routine freight
- All routes dispatch from or through San Antonio yards
Pay & Benefits
- $0.60 CPM plus stop/fuel bonuses and pay adjustments
- Weekly direct deposit every Friday

Driver Responsibilities
- Safely operate 53′ flatbed trailers in compliance with DOT standards
- Handle all securement, strapping, and load inspections
- Video record loading/unloading to verify securement and customer compliance
- Maintain communication with dispatch on ETA, route updates, and delivery confirmations
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain truck cleanliness
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A License
- 2+ year of flatbed experience (securement, straps, chains, tarps)
- Clean MVR & PSP preferred
- Dependable, professional, and safety-minded
- Ability to be out 2–3 days regionally
- Smartphone capable of recording/uploading videos for securement verification
