CasaBella Furniture | Tax Season Support Role
At CasaBella Furniture, we believe the front end of the store is where the customer experience is finalized. Our Front End Cashiers play a critical role in making sure every customer leaves confident, taken care of, and excited about their purchase.
We are currently hiring Front End Seasonal Cashiers to support increased customer traffic. Training is provided, and there may be an opportunity for continued employment based on performance and business needs.
✅ Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and payments
- Assist with financing down payments and invoice processing
- Answer incoming store phone calls
- Transfer calls to appropriate sales team members
- Print receipts, invoices, and delivery paperwork
- Help maintain a clean and organized front counter area
- Support showroom team during high traffic periods
✅ Requirements
- Must be Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Positive, professional attitude
- Comfortable using iPads, POS systems, and computers
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Retail or customer service experience preferred (not required — we train)
