<Responsibilities>
- Assist lead teachers in planning and executing engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards such as Montessori or preschool frameworks
- Support classroom management by maintaining a positive, inclusive environment that promotes social-emotional development and respectful behavior
- Provide individualized attention to children, including toddlers and children with special needs or disabilities, ensuring their developmental milestones are supported
- Help facilitate activities focused on literacy education, math skills, and early childhood development to stimulate curiosity and cognitive growth
- Assist with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions to ensure a smooth day for children and staff
- Collaborate with team members to develop curriculum adaptations for children with autism or other special needs
- Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and classroom events
<Experience>
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and experience implementing age-appropriate activities in early childhood education environments
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies to foster positive behavior
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups of children and collaborate well within a team setting
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Background in curriculum development or lesson planning for preschool or toddler care is advantageous
