We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurses for per diem assignments in our Inpatient Care Facility. As a member of the core delivery team, the clinical nurse practices as the patient’s nurse and collaborates with the care team to facilitate and deliver direct patient care and the unit level. The clinical nurse diagnoses, treats patients and family responses to actual or potential health problems. The clinical nurse is accountable to the patient, family, peers and manager. The nurse provides daily clinical support and nursing care including integration of administrative work.
This is a per-diem assignment. Available shifts are: 8am-4:30pm), evening( 4 pm -12;30am) or night (12 -8;30am) all three shifts as needed. At least 2 shifts/month are required and they include weekends and one minor holiday and one major holiday coverage.
Candidates must have BSN from an accredited registered nurse program, current Connecticut license, preferably a BSN; BLS; at least 2 years of med/surg/ER/critical care experience; IV experience is preferred.
All candidates for employment must comply with healthcare immunization requirements which includes Flu.
Pay: $52.00 per hour
