Job Overview
We are a fee for service oral and facial surgery practice focused on comprehensive implant and surgical care — including full-arch restoration and orthognathic surgery. We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator who brings the same level of precision and care to patient relationships that our clinical team brings to the operating room.
This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking someone with a proven track record in high-value case presentation, a genuine passion for patient advocacy, and the professionalism to represent our practice at the highest level — every single day.
Duties
You will serve as the primary point of contact for patients pursuing implant and surgical treatment — from their first consultation through case acceptance and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:
- Presenting complex, high-value treatment plans with clarity and confidence
- Guiding patients through full-arch (All-on-X) and orthognathic surgery treatment decisions
- Building relationships with patients that extend beyond a single visit — following up, addressing concerns, and ensuring they feel supported throughout the process
- Coordinating care with referring practices and outside providers
- Managing financial arrangements and presenting options in a way that removes barriers to treatment
- Upholding a patient experience standard that reflects the caliber of our clinical care
Requirements
The right candidate will bring:
- Experience presenting dental or surgical treatment plans, with a preference for implant or specialty care backgrounds
- Comfort discussing significant financial investment with patients — and the ability to do so without pressure, using education and trust
- A warm, composed presence that puts patients at ease during what is often a significant personal decision
- Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage a high volume of active patient relationships
- A service mindset that holds itself to a luxury standard not because it is required, but because it is the right way to treat people
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding performance. Compensation includes:
- Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience
- Performance bonuses tied directly to case acceptance — the results you drive are reflected in your pay
- Paid time off
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401k/Profit Sharing

If you take pride in the experience you create for patients and want to work in an environment that holds itself to the same standard, we want to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief note about your experience with high-value case presentation.
