Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – 1099 Contractor BCBA

Children's Behavior Therapy is seeking an experienced and dependable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team serving children and families throughout Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.

Candidates seeking an immediate start should already be credentialed/in-network with all or the majority of Florida Medicaid Managed Care plans.
Candidates who are not currently credentialed with the majority of plans may also be considered if they are willing to complete credentialing with Children's Behavior Therapy and are comfortable with an anticipated start of approximately 45 days, depending on payer approval.
Compensation: $65–$75 per hour
Compensation within the posted range is based on BCBA experience, clinical qualifications, and current payer credentialing. Experienced BCBAs who are already credentialed with all or the majority of our Medicaid Managed Care plans may be considered for the $75/hour rate.
About Children's Behavior Therapy
Children's Behavior Therapy is an established ABA provider with nearly 20 years of experience serving children and families throughout South Florida.
We are looking for a BCBA who values clinical quality, collaboration, professional independence, and meaningful outcomes for children and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight of ABA treatment
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments as assigned
- Develop and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans and treatment programs
- Analyze treatment data and make data-driven clinical modifications
- Provide caregiver training and support
- Ensure treatment is medically necessary, clinically appropriate, and consistent with payer requirements
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines
- Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other members of the treatment team
- Maintain BACB, Medicaid, payer, and agency compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Eligible to provide ABA services in Florida
- Current Medicaid enrollment and payer credentialing strongly preferred
- Existing credentialing with multiple Florida Medicaid Managed Care plans strongly preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs and overseeing ABA treatment programs
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and clinical documentation skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- Experience working with children and families in home, school, and community settings
