What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support site protocols related to deliveries, guests, and/or restricted areas.

Communicate with staff and management regarding security-related concerns, provide directions and assistance as needed, and follow post orders for daily operations and incident response.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
