Job Title: Strategic Project Engineering Manager

Salary: $115K – 145K plus bonus
Job Summary of the Strategic Project Engineering Manager: As the Strategic Project Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams to understand automation needs and translate them into innovative solutions. Adept at project management, this role addresses complex challenges by turning visionary concepts into reality.
Job Duties & Responsibilities of the Strategic Project Engineering Manager:
- Create preliminary designs, specifications, and cost estimates for engineering projects.
- Conduct research, feasibility studies, and economic analyses to ensure project viability.
- Coordinate project schedules, manage vendors, and ensure project alignment with goals.
- Review engineering projects, validate field work, and manage project execution.
- Maintain detailed documentation and manage installations to ensure compliance with specifications.
Education & Experience Requirements of Strategic Project Engineering Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
- 2+ years of leadership experience required, including team development.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Experience in contract administration, project management, and national codes.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
