What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you will oversee individualized ABA treatment programs while collaborating closely with families and behavior technicians. Responsibilities may include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing ongoing supervision and training to BTs/RBTs
- Monitoring client progress and making data-driven treatment modifications
- Conducting caregiver training and providing family support
- Developing skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programming
- Collaborating with other professionals involved in the client's care
- Maintaining documentation in accordance with ethical, clinical, and payer requirements
What We're Looking For
- Current BCBA certification
- Ability to practice in Texas and meet applicable payer requirements
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, compassionate ABA services
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide services within the DFW area
- Someone who values autonomy, flexibility, teamwork, and high-quality clinical care
