Thrive at Home is seeking a compassionate, results-oriented Home Care Manager to lead the daily operations of our Recruiting and Care Coordination teams. This role is responsible for developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service to seniors, their families, and our caregivers.

What You'll Own
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Recruiting and Care Coordination teams.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and departmental performance goals.
- Oversee caregiver recruiting efforts to attract, hire, and retain experienced, high-quality caregivers.
- Ensure client schedules are staffed appropriately while promoting continuity of care whenever possible.
- Ensure scheduling, care plans, and documentation support accurate payroll and billing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.
- Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training programs, and operational workflows.
- Resolve escalated client, caregiver, and operational concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements that support growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements
Required
- Five or more years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare operations, or a service-based organization.
- Experience leading teams responsible for recruiting, staffing, scheduling, or client services.
- Demonstrated success improving operational performance and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred
- Experience with WellSky Personal Care (ClearCare) or similar home care software.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience developing SOPs, training programs, and operational workflows.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $100,000 per year
