Requirements:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana required.
- Minimum of four (4) years of medical experience required.
- Previous experience in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, outpatient medical services, or residential treatment preferred.
- CPR and TB certifications
- A valid Driver's License and proof of individual automobile insurance is required in addition to a driving record that is in compliance with Volunteers of America only if the employee is assigned to transport program, participants, or any other type of activity that mandates driving.
Compensation: $28.00- $32.00
