About the Role
As a Plant Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a critical technical resource dedicated to maximizing equipment uptime and operational efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to drive continuous improvement in production reliability and facility safety.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime on complex production lines.

Diagnose and resolve technical faults in PLC-controlled systems, motors, and automated drives to ensure seamless operations.

Perform precision mechanical repairs, including the installation of drives, belts, and hydraulic components.

Lead machine changeovers and setup processes to optimize production throughput and quality standards.

Interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints to facilitate accurate equipment troubleshooting and upgrades.

Manage documentation for work orders, maintenance logs, and asset history using digital management software.

Oversee facility infrastructure maintenance, including boiler systems and water treatment equipment.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality execution of specialized facility projects.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing equipment maintenance.

Advanced proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including 480V systems.

Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and CAD drawings.

Commitment to rigorous safety standards and machine inspection protocols.

Hands-on experience with PLC programming, sensors, and control system integration.

Familiarity with SAP or similar computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
