An established consumer services organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to support financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic business environment with cross-functional exposure.

Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

Analyze financial data and investigate variances

Support financial statement preparation

Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity

Assist with audit requests and compliance initiatives

Participate in process improvement projects across the accounting department

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

2-4 years of accounting experience

Understanding of GAAP principles

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Experience with ERP systems preferred
