The Scheduler II – Liquids is an intermediate role with increased autonomy and technical depth. This position independently manages more complex assets, agreements, and trading positions while serving as a key operational partner to Marketing, Trading, and Operations.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, energy management, or equivalent industry experience (field, control room, accounting, product movement)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with scheduling or ETRM software (e.g. Allegro, Horizon, Latitude/QuickNorm)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing data and high-volume scheduling
- Excellent time management with ability to adhere to strict pipeline and contract deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical Thinking: Capacity to analyze pipeline capacity and operating conditions
- Comfortable working in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Regular and reliable attendance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 – 5+ years of liquids scheduling, logistics or related midstream operations
- 3-7 years of understanding of NGL products, pipeline systems, transportation logistics, and related industry terminology
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
