Studio Partner | Private Instruction and Player Development | Jacksonville, Florida
This is an independent practice opportunity—not a salaried or hourly position.
Audens Golf Performance is seeking accomplished golf instructors who want to build or expand an independent coaching practice within a premium, technology-enabled performance studio. This opportunity is designed for coaches who are interested in building their own lesson clientele and who value objective measurement, thoughtful player development, and collaboration with physical therapy, strength and conditioning, sports science, and high-performance professionals.
What Audens Provides:
- Access to approved golf-instruction and indoor performance areas during reserved studio blocks.
- Access to designated technology and equipment following required training and approval, including GEARS 3D swing capture and Platform Golf.
- Access to performance providers for DARI movement screening, force-plate testing, physical therapy, strength and conditioning, and holistic high-performance.
- A professional setting suitable for private instruction, playing-development consultations, and approved small-group programs.
- Potential for interdisciplinary collaboration and client referrals.
How it works:
- Choose an approved recurring AM and/or PM block, or request available drop-in access.
- Operate under your own business, coaching philosophy, service model, and pricing.
- Bring and manage your own students; Audens does not employ the coach or control the coach’s lesson fees.
- Use the facility and technology during reserved times and for approved services.
- Complete required orientation for the studio, technology, scheduling, safety, data handling, and collaborative standards.
What You Own:
- Building and maintaining your own client base.
- Setting your own service offerings and client pricing.
- Scheduling, billing, collecting payment, and maintaining all required business and client records.
- Maintaining all required licenses, certifications, professional liability insurance, business registrations, and tax obligations.
- Delivering an exceptional client experience and leaving all shared spaces clean, organized, and ready for the next provider.
- Following Audens facility, scheduling, safety, confidentiality, technology-use, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality individual golf instruction and player-development programming.
- Current professional liability insurance appropriate to golf instruction and all services provided.
- Strong knowledge of swing development, practice design, course strategy, and long-term player progression.
- Professional communication and the ability to work effectively with juniors, adults, parents, competitive players, and other providers.
- Experience working independently with private-pay students.
- PGA/LPGA membership or associate status, or a comparably strong professional coaching background.
- Experience with GEARS, TrackMan, force plates, 3D motion capture, club fitting, or comparable golf technologies (preferred, but training will be provided).
- Competitive playing, collegiate, tour, elite-junior, or academy-development experience.
- Evidence of lesson-package sales, program creation, client retention, or independent business growth.
Who is this Opportunity For?
- You are an excellent practitioner and a responsible independent operator.
- You already have clients, referral relationships, or a credible plan to build a local book of business.
- You value objective measurement and interdisciplinary collaboration without losing ownership of your own practice.
- You communicate professionally, respect scope-of-practice boundaries, and follow through consistently.
- You want access to a premium environment, clientele, and fellow interdisciplinary providers without taking on the cost of building a full facility alone.
