As a member of the front of the house service team, the wares master is responsible for cleaning and polishing luxury wares and ensuring that the service staff is well stocked with all the tableware they need for service. They also assist in general cleaning, trash removal and maintaining the cleanliness of other physical property and fixtures. The ideal candidate for this person will have a keen sense of cleanliness and attention to detail. They must also have a devotion to customer service and fine dining.
