Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and safety-conscious Field Service Technicians for a condenser coil cleaning project at a data center facility in Sandston, VA. Candidates must be mechanically inclined, comfortable working on ladders, and experienced using basic hand tools. This is a great opportunity for technicians with HVAC, maintenance, construction, or field service experience.
Scope of Work
- Perform condenser coil cleaning services
- Safely use ladders and hand tools
- Follow all site-specific safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work effectively as part of a team in a data center environment
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 10 Certification (Required)
- Fall Protection Training (Required)
- Mechanically inclined with experience using hand tools
- Comfortable working from ladders
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to work the full project duration
Preferred Experience
- HVAC maintenance
- Mechanical maintenance
- Facilities maintenance
- Construction or field service work

Technicians must provide the following:
- High-Visibility Safety Vest
- Cut-Resistant Work Gloves (CAT6 or equivalent)
- Climber-Style Hard Hat (Type 1 minimum)
- Safety Boots (must cover the ankle)
- Safety Glasses
- Hearing Protection
