Responsibilities
Dispense prescribed medications accurately and ensure compliance with regulations.
Review and advise on drug interactions, allergies, and patient safety considerations.
Maintain accurate dispensing records and inventory, including controlled substances.
Counsel patients on proper medication use and answer questions clearly.
Monitor and report adverse drug reactions, ensuring timely escalation.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize therapy and patient outcomes.
Prepare and present performance reports to demonstrate impact and progress.
Utilize data and pipelines to forecast demand and target coverage in assigned territory.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and professional standards.
Participate in on-site audits and quality assurance activities.
Support professional development goals and pursue relevant certifications.
Experience/Qualifications
Licensed Pharmacist with current registration and board certification.
Dispense medications accurately and document dispensing records.
Review drug interactions, allergies, and patient safety considerations.
Monitor and report adverse drug reactions promptly.
Counsel patients on proper medication use and safety instructions.
Manage inventory, including controlled substances, and reduce wastage.
Utilize data pipelines to forecast demand and target coverage by territory.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and professional standards.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize therapy and outcomes.
Prepare and present performance reports with clear KPIs.
