Position Snapshot
- Role: Cultivation Specialist
- Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour ($19/hour, paid weekly)
- Where: 12 Latti Farm Road, Millbury, MA (on-site)
- Hours: 40 per week
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Overtime: Offered, though never required
- Employment Type: Full-time
What You'll Do Day to Day
- Tend to cannabis plants through routine care, including watering, pruning, trimming, and inspection.
- Assist with harvest work such as offloading, cutting, hanging, and sanitizing.
- Contribute to post-harvest steps like drying, curing, destemming, trimming, and milling.
- Restock flower rooms and handle cannabis waste disposal in full accordance with regulations.
- Keep the grow facility and all equipment clean and properly sanitized.
- Weigh, track, and record materials and progress at each cultivation stage, following state rules and company SOPs.
- Work effectively in a range of temperatures and lighting conditions; bringing a change of clothes is suggested for comfort.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Willingness to complete a yearly background check.
- No prior experience necessary — we gladly train dependable, motivated people who want to learn.
- A background in landscaping or restaurant work is a plus, as it often translates into adaptability and ease in fast-paced settings.

- Strong attendance matters; let management know as early as possible if you'll be late or need time away.
