LEAD CARPENTER

McKenzie Craft fabricates custom millwork out of our 25,000 sq ft shop in Miami. We are looking for a Lead Carpenter who can interpret shop drawings, run advanced work, and produce cabinetry, furniture, and architectural elements at a luxury standard.
What you will do
- Fabricate and install cabinetry, furniture, fixtures, and architectural millwork
- Work fluently across solid wood, solid surface, plastics, acrylics, aluminum, and brass
- Hit hourly production targets while holding our quality bar
- Operate shop tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Keep tools, station, and workspace tight and ready
What you bring
- Formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience
- Strong blueprint reading and accurate measurements
- Effective verbal and written communication
- High school diploma or equivalent
Hourly, non-exempt. Reports to the Production Foreman.
