This position is for a full-time residential maintenance technician. This person will be responsible for assisting in the turning of vacant apartments and houses between tenants and in handling service requests. A qualified applicant will be proficient in basic residential electrical and plumbing work. Additional skillset should include everything necessary to get a rental property ready to rent. Applicant must be able to work well with others and to be able to communicate respectfully with renters and other team members. Additional information can be provided upon inquiry. We offer competitive wages and paid time off after grace period. Must have own tools and know how to use them. Owning a pick-up truck is a plus.
