Dealer Development Representative (SDR) – B2B Wholesale Sales
Apollo ATVs is one of the largest wholesale distributors of powersports vehicles in the United States. We supply independent dealers with ATVs, dirt bikes, go karts, scooters, motorcycles, UTVs, e-bikes, and more.
We are looking for a motivated SDR (Sales Development Representative) whose primary responsibility is generating new dealer accounts—not customer support or retail sales.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, cold calling, building relationships, and earning bonuses based on results.
Your Responsibilities
- Research and find new powersports dealers across the United States
- Prospect through phone calls, emails, and online research
- Contact dealership owners and decision makers
- Introduce Apollo's dealer program
- Qualify dealer opportunities
- Follow up consistently until a decision is made
- Help dealers complete the dealer application process
- Coordinate the first order with our sales team
- Keep accurate notes in Zoho CRM
Daily Expectations
- 60-100 outbound calls
- Prospect new dealers every day
- Send follow-up emails
- Maintain organized CRM records
- Schedule follow-up activities
- Consistent communication and accountability
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent English communication
- Confident on the phone
- Comfortable with cold calling
- B2B sales or SDR experience
- Organized and self-motivated
- Able to speak with business owners
- Persistent without being pushy
- Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM is a plus
- Powersports, automotive, motorcycle, or wholesale experience is a bonus
Compensation
- $5-$7/hour during training
- $100 bonus for every new dealer that completes their first qualifying order
- $50 bonus when that same dealer completes their second qualifying order
- Additional performance bonuses and opportunities for raises as you grow with the company
