Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Maintenance Technician at Cash Holdings, LLC in Boone, NC. The Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing properties, assessing work orders, communicating professionally with tenants, troubleshooting issues, conducting inspections and preventive maintenance.
Pay Types / Schedule
Normal schedule is Monday - Friday with hours typically 9 AM to approximately 5 PM (can be an 8AM to 4PM if need be and hours can vary depending on urgency of work orders received). Option for on call rotation with other maintenance technicians and on-call/emergency wages for work orders addressed after hours or over holidays/weekends.
Pay based on experience.
Qualifications
- Property Maintenance skills & experience
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair proficiency
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic plumbing, electric and general maintenance knowledge/experience
