2G Brothers Pizza - Cheat Lake is seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable individuals to join our team as Servers/Cashiers. As a Server/Cashier, you will be the face of our restaurant, interacting with customers, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with menu questions, making recommendations when needed.
- Process payments (cash, credit, and debit transactions) efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining and cashier areas, ensuring they are neat and organized.
- Pack takeout orders and ensure they are correct before handing them to customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered properly.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Help with other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable handling money and processing transactions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
