Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning Technician, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks that ensure Homes shine and meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create a positive experience for everyone who enters our spaces.
What you’ll do
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain cleanliness throughout.
- Ensure restrooms are clean, and well-maintained.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and special projects as needed to support team operations.
- Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks to uphold high standards of cleanliness in all areas.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient cleaning operations and address any issues that arise.
Basic qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies, along with proper handling techniques.
- Certification in workplace safety or related training is a plus.
