Summary:
This role is responsible for the programming, troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of robotic systems.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience programming and troubleshooting industrial robotic systems
- Knowledge of industrial electrical controls and automation
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience with industrial sensors and PLC-controlled equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with high speed production equipment
Responsibilites:
- Complete robot setup for production runs
- Design, install, and optimize end-of-arm tooling
- Configure and adjust robotic systems and part handling equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
- Optimize robot cycle times while maintaining part quality
- Assist with continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
- Maintain accurate documentation of programming changes and repairs
- Train maintenance personnel on robotic operations
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
