STORM RESPONSE OPPORTUNITIES:
Our team primarily serves the Phoenix Valley but may travel throughout Arizona and neighboring states when major storm events create opportunities to assist homeowners.
Position: SALES TEAM LEADER
Looking for a proven sales leader to build and manage a roofing sales team in the Phoenix area. Must be self-motivated, have reliable transportation, and be capable of leading by example in the field. High earning potential.
Commission + Leadership Bonuses + Performance Incentives + Fuel allowance

Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must maintain current auto insurance
- Previous sales experience preferred (roofing, solar, construction, insurance, or other home services)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and hold sales reps accountable
- Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona weather
- Must be able to climb ladders and inspect roofs when needed
- Smartphone required for CRM, photos, and communication
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of roofing sales representatives
- Conduct daily team meetings and field training
- Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, and networking
- Meet homeowners and inspect roofs for storm damage
- Work with insurance restoration and retail roofing customers
- Attend adjuster meetings when necessary
- Ensure contracts and documentation are completed accurately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $250,000.00 per year
