Must have a valid class “C” Texas Driver’s License (preferred)

Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb during long shifts: 8-12 hours

Must be able to lift and carry 15-40 pound cases on a repetitive basis and move draft beer, weighing up to 161 pounds.

Must have the ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather and/or temperature conditions
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The following duties and responsibilities are representative of those required by this position and are not meant to be all inclusive:

Adheres to the strict safety policies and practices set in place by Brown Distributing, the account, and state and federal law

Assists the Route Driver to ensure all BDC work orders are complete and products are stocked and rotated up to BDC Standards within the assigned areas of the account

Directs the backing of route trucks to ensure the avoidance of all obstacles and ensure safe parking

May be required to run hot-shot deliveries as needed by the delivery department
