Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Instructor to support students across classrooms by delivering structured, individualized instruction and promoting positive learning experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, thrives in a structured environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement structured lessons
- Follow individualized student programs
- Teach a variety of skills, including:
- Communication and language
- Academic and pre-academic skills
- Social and daily living skills
- Maintain a positive, structured, and safe classroom environment
- Collect and record data on student progress
- Support student independence and engagement throughout the day
- Collaborate with team members, including instructors, BCBAs, and leadership
- Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and activities

Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM (on campus)
- Additional 5 hours/week for planning, training, and school activities
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience working with children (education, childcare, ABA, or related field)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow structured teaching procedures
- Positive, patient, and professional demeanor
Preferred:
- Experience with ABA, autism, or special education
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain ( required)
- Bachelor’s degree or coursework in education, psychology, or related field
