Envision is a local noprofit agency dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking a Director of Supported Living. The Director of Supported Living provides strategic and caring leadership for agency’s Homemaker / Personal Care services for people with developmental disabilities living in group homes, apartments, and family homes throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience.

Experience supporting individuals with I/DD in home and community settings.

Strong background working with individuals with complex medical, behavioral, or mental health needs.

Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead teams effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to travel between agency locations.
