Must have experience in restoring dresses, blouses, skirts, silks, from both drycleaning and wetcleaning
Duties
- Operate garment care machines such as pressing machines with precision and safety.
- Perform garment finishing tasks including pressing, folding, and quality checks to ensure garments meet client expectations.
- Handle heavy lifting and manual handling of garments and materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning equipment, work areas, and using appropriate cleaning detergents.
- Manage fabric care knowledge to identify different textiles and apply appropriate pressing techniques.
- Ensure proper handling of garments during processing, including fabric care procedures to prevent damage
Skills
- Proven experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of garment finishing, pressing techniques
- Ability to operate garment care machines such as pressing machines, fabric care units, and other related equipment safely.
- Physical ability to perform lifting and manual handling tasks regularly.
