Beehive Homes is looking for dedicated Caregivers with CNA or HHA certifications to provide exceptional care to our residents. We offer competitive pay and a supportive work environment.
- Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour (depending on experience)
- Shift Differential: +$1.50 per hour for night shift
- Shifts: Night and Day shifts available
- Shift Floater positions available. Please enquire
The Caregiver (CNA/HHA) is responsible for carrying out and overseeing the ADL services to residents in accordance with their service plan in our community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Ensure resident service plans are followed with a friendly and supportive approach.
- Accurately document provided services and completed tasks on a daily basis.
- Communicate resident needs effectively to the care team.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to safety standards.
- Participate in required in-service training and maintain necessary certifications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- CNA licensure or HHA certification
- Experience with caregiving role or similar function
