Maintenance Worker
Location: Durham, North Carolina
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Rotating night emergency on call)
Salary: $22 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct inspections and repairs of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Ensure all maintenance work meets safety standards and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar role.
- Must have own toolbox.
- Eager to learn and adaptable to new tasks.
- Positive attitude with a helpful demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
