Overview
We are seeking assistant coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with children, is reliable, and can assist a lead coach to ensure lessons run smoothly!
This is a perfect opportunity for students looking for part-time work! All are encouraged to apply!
We ask that assistant coaches have a minimum of 2 afternoons or evenings available a week. Saturday mornings are also available!
Responsibilities
- Assist coach as needed
- Adhere to assigned schedule
- Encourage and engage participants.
- Follow HuddleUP Football curriculum.
- Foster a positive team culture that promotes respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Manage behavior effectively during lessons.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills to engage with players, parents, and other staff members.
- Ability to motivate athletes of varying skill levels while fostering a love for the sport.
- A commitment to promoting safety and well-being during all activities.
- Reliable transportation
