Duties
- Perform electrolysis hair removal treatments with precision, adhering to all sanitation procedures and safety standards
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable services such as waxing, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and other skin care treatments
- Maintain detailed client records.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and available aesthetic treatments to enhance results and satisfaction
- Ensure all sanitation procedures are meticulously followed to uphold health standards and client safety
- Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and support business growth
Experience
- Proven experience working as an Electrologist or in a related beauty industry role
- Strong understanding of sanitation procedures essential for maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate clients on treatment options and aftercare instructions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service
